"The employees were friendly and the service was fast. They've changed a lot of the menu items since the last time I went to Arby's, different buns, chicken tenders, and cookies. Their cookies used to be served warm and fresh, now they are packaged. Definitely disappointing, but not at fault of this particular restaurant. The milkshake machine was broken, but the staff was apologetic and kind about it. They are running a fundraiser for breast cancer awareness and had the store decorated with pink ribbons, nice to see!"
