"Worst Chipotle EVER, DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR Time... especially for how expensive it is. Not one time has their food been close to the "standards"... I'm a former General Manager, I know their high standards!!!!! I've also lived in Wadsworth for 7 years, and Their food is ALWAYS dried out and fatty. There is NEVER a Manager present to help lineback or support the crew. The line is always messy, and the staff is Constantly rude!!! My picture is carnitas, that is all FAT more than half the entire portion!!!!"
"Used to be a great location but now it's terrible. Every time I do a mobile order the portions just keep getting smaller and smaller. It's not even a meal. The price is higher and now I get next to no food."
"⭐ Chipotle, What Happened? So I ordered Chipotle, and it wasn't what I expected. My order came without the chips and drinks, and the burrito was super small. I even added a pic so you can see! (Banana for scale) I paid $39 with tip for this, and it just doesn't seem worth it. I talked to their customer service, and they gave me some coupons but didn't refund my money. Now, if I want to use those coupons, I still have to pay for sales tax, delivery, and another tip. I don't know what's up with Chipotle lately, but next time I want a burrito, I'll probably try someplace else. Just thought I'd share my experience in case you're thinking about ordering from them."
"If I could give it 0 stars I would! When I ordered I got a burrito and she put the rice into a bowl. When I said something, she dumped the rice back in the container and put the bowl back on the pile to reuse for the next order. We walked over to the pop machine and there was pop spilled everywhere even on the counter. The forks were jammed the containers going all different directions which is a health code violation. The drink and utensil counter were filthy also. The napkins were placed on top of the dispenser instead of inside. Every table in the dining area was filthy and looked like they haven't been cleaned in a while. They weren't busy at all when we got there and there was plenty of employees just standing around doing nothing. It is just plain laziness, and they need to be shut down by the health department. The Floors were just as bad as the tables. When I went into the restroom it was cleaner than the dining room. We ended up throwing our food away and walking out it was so gross. I would not recommend going to this Chipotle."
