"I just noticed that I had a two-star review here. The only thing I can think of is that I started a review and didn't finish it? I'm so sorry Mr Chicken. If I recall the young lady at the window was very nice and helpful and the meal was very good. The only issue I had was that the pieces are very small and I still felt hungry. Oh, the mashed potatoes were really weird. They had a weird chemical taste or something. But honestly everything else was very good. Coleslaw, gravy, biscuit were all good"

"Good food done right. Staff is professional, pleasant and patient. I was treated like a valued guest, not just another drive-thru order. Mr. Chicken is the David in a neighborhood of two chicken Goliaths in this sprawling retail/healthcare neighborhood. Do yourself a favor and don't count regional favorite Mr. Chicken out of the chicken game. In my opinion, the best sides are the cole slaw and the baked beans. To be honest, I haven't tried their Mac & Cheese in a while. I pass on the biscuits; I prefer the cornbread muffins. Overall, the food tastes like it's prepared by folks who care about what and how they're feeding their customers, and not just their bottom line. Next time I stop by, I'll check out their chicken sandwich. FYI ... A smile can make someone's day. Be kind & Be patient, especially when somebody else is preparing your food. Like most everyone else, they appear to be short staffed but the food is definitely worth the wait!"
