Barrio Willoughby

"So I ate here for the very first time last night. However, it was cold and soggy. It would have been a great amount of food as I got 2 barrios boxes and a bag of chips and some salsa. The portions are very big and I love that about a restaurant. However, the cold and soggy tacos were not for me. I would like to get them replaced if a manager sees this because I would like to give a review of having it be how it's suppose to be. I know that's not how it's supposed to be. I have read the reviews and a lot of ppl have amazing things to say and so I thought okay cool another great taco joint. But I was disappointed to say the least. I will update once a manager reaches out to me and I try again."

"Kinda disappointed in my to go order. Not any chicken in the tacos, more rice than anything and no cheese that I ordered to be put on. The chicken didn’t have that sweet mouth watering seasoning like usual. Ordered with salsa on all tacos and only got it on 2. Not to mention when I told the young girl what my name was for the order pick up she acted like she didn’t understand and questioned me before I got my food. Definitely different now. Probably won’t be back."

"I met Jill and she was amazing to me. It was my first time there and she showed patients and took time to make sure I enjoyed the Barrio experience. Shot out to Jill, thank you. Food and drinks are awesome but nothing compares to that welcoming experience. Everyone, check it out for yourself."

"Great place for creative, make your own tacos. Menu is a checklist in which you choose your shell, meat, toppings and sauces. They also have some standard ones on the menu. Good margaritas with lots of flavors. Service normally decent."

"The food is awesome, the service on this particular visit was very disappointing. The server was very rude and seem as though it was a bother to have us as a table. There were only about 4 tables occupied in the whole restaurant. We did not ask for anything crazy or even ask for refills on drinks. It was as if they were trying to hurry us out the door. That being said. Both mine and my girlfriends meal was above expectations. Hot fresh and delicious. On the food. 9 outta 10 as far as the service this visit 2 outta 10. Everyone is entitled to a bad day. I hope that was the cause. Chances are we will not return due to the way we were treated. Maybe take out."
