"The guys handling the drive thru have poor service and attitudes. No one says thank you no matter how polite you are. The young guy at the window literally says nothing, no hello, he doesn't even tell you the price..He just stares at you, wait for you to give him your money, give you your change, and closes the window. The food was made so sloppy, drowning in mayo. The only positive thing I can say is that it came out very fast...However, it was only one car in front of me and it look like they pulled off without no food. Oh and about a year ago, I came to this location and one of the older men(I think late 20s) was cussing out a younger man(I think a teen) right in front of the drivethru window."

"Just to walk in and feel that the energy is completely terrible. The manager had a terrible attitude like she didn’t even feel like being at work. Why get a job if you ain’t even gone put in the effort. This is why white ppl are taking all our jobs. No one at the job is moving with any purpose and it’s only four in the afternoon. Do not come here to get food."
"came through the drive thru and i asked for fresh chicken and got extra crispy very dry chicken i went back to let her know it was hard and didn’t taste fresh she wanted to argue about it at the window. this the second time i came to this location and received dry chicken tenders"
"I understand that a lot of people don't like their jobs but you're not supposed to show it to the customers. Not only were they rude and they were two people arguing with each other over the intercom while both trying to take my order but after I paid they insisted I back up 10 ft so I can't see in the window while they're preparing my food. Finally after waiting 10 minutes for some nuggets and fries we were served food that was obviously not fresh and literally about 10 fries in each of our fry containers. I understand that they're just there to get some money but I work hard for mine and I'm sick of wasting it! This place should be shut down in my opinion! Just straight up nasty! I really hope I don't end up sick."
