Chipotle Mexican Grill

"One of theeee worst Chipotles in the area. I'd give ZERO stats if I could. February 20th, 2024. I walked in at about 7:45pm. The tall kid with the face covering around the lower part of his face, but not quite covering his mouth, needs to be terminated. He has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I asked for THREE scoops of chicken in my bowl. The bowl I'M PAYING FOR. I'm literally paying for every scoop. This young man takes it upon himself to put two small spoonfuls of chicken in the bowl. Then he took the tip of the serving spoon and put a tiny bit of chicken in it. When I asked for him to please put a full spoonful in, he argued to me that he just did that. I told him he was wrong. And then he continued arguing with me. I've had problems with this kid before. He has no sense of customer service. He statesat you and then talks over you when you're trying to tell him what you want. I abandoned the order and walked out. I take it upon myself now to go way out to the suburbs or.ober on the west side to get a Chipotle meal served with, at the least, halfway decent service. This location is definitely on my "do not pass go" list. I will never again spend my money here. I recommend you find another location. I suggest one located in places I recommended earlier. This location needs to trains it's employees to do better."

"Inside was dirty, no ice, flat soda , an employee sat at that table on her break and just left trash on the table. This place was not busy. The ladies helping with the order were nice but someone needs to manage this place."

"Very understaffed on a Sunday night. Only 3 people working. Good thing the line wasn’t long so the wait was bearable. Food was all over the counters and floors. Definitely worried about the cleanliness of the place. They were also out of fajitas and sour cream. Steak looks way overcooked, food tasted good when I took it home, but I most likely will not order from this location again."

"When I arrived at the store 3 employee were outside smoking. No one was inside assisting customers. The 4 customers already inside kept looking around waiting for an employee to acknowledge them. Finally the manager comes up front and starts taking orders. They are out of this and that. It’s always an excuse. They were even out of tops to close bowls. Good old aluminum foil saves the day. SMH Do better…"

"Great place this location, extra friendly staff. The food is always great here ,and fast service when I'm on my break at work . The inside is nice ,and orderly as well."
