"SMH. It doesn’t get better, even when asked. Unfortunately my hopes for what once was a great barbecue spot where you had to take a number because the place was packed, now it’s drive through and order surprises . The ribs with fries are disappointing . I have gotten undone ribs red at the bone undone, then there’s the dried more bone than meat resembling scraps why serve this to a customer? Just disappointing. Their customer service is absolutely wonderful but the quality of their food is ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTING AND I NO LONGER SPEND MY MONEY THERE. I specify freshly cooked fries LOL NOT ALL WERE SO I AM GOOD. Can’t hold onto to WHAT ONCE WAS."

"Current Status: Best BBQ IN SUBURBS/9 OF 10 IMO. So...Decided to give them a try again as it used to be my go to spot for ages back in the day. Yes. They fell off for a long time and the service was just horrible! The old man was talkative and his old self again. His Daughter throwing down on the BBQ and a couple of young guys making it happen! R-Ribs...Yup got it going on again. Best Ribs like the old days! Keep up the great work. Will be back soon."
