"This place never misses. The food is always good. I am a fan of the turmeric rice and chickpea curry. their jerk chicken is to die for. Very spicy, but in the best way. They pack the food into the bowls so I can usually get two meals out of a regular bowl."

"I cannot recommend highly enough! Try the foo-foo! It’s a plantain based starch that you eat with the stew. The chickpeas are sweet and delicious! The two yam stews are so good! The coconut rice is amazing! My kids loved the jerk chicken. So many sauces to try. And the owner, Carasai, is a gem! Friendly service and they will even give samples if you’re not sure what you want!"

"The gentleman working on 2/17/2024 was so friendly and helpful! And he’s right.. the greens are delicious!! Best I’ve ever had. And my husband said the goat curry is the best goat dish he ever ate. It was very good and the meat tasted like butter… I would have no idea it was goat, tasted more like beef (?). Thank you!"

"We love Jamaican food so we decided to try this place out. It was exceptional! We both got the jerk chicken and jollof rice. The chicken was spicy but so good. The rice was a bit too oily for us so we'll be getting the coconut or tumeric rice next time. The plantains were incredibly good and the chickpeas were the best I've ever had. The portions are also really large. I saw the size of the bowl so I was afraid it wouldn't be enough, but the server really loaded it up with food. It was enough for at least 2 meals and was a great price. We will definitely be returning!"

"Wanted some African food and came across this restaurant on Google. Owner ( the guy who served us) was really chilled and welcoming. I really enjoyed the jerk chicken with the sauce but I am not sure about the ogbono soup, it’s watery, Nigerian ogbono isn’t this way, it’s usually thick and draws, maybe there is another way of preparing it. Atmosphere was good, so will be visiting again x"
