"Nice, clean place. I love Arby's, but something wasn't right with the food this time. The meat tasted weird. Wasn't all that hot. I didn't get sick or anything. But I have been going here for years, and this was the first issue I ever had here. I am just glad they aren't doing what McDonald's is doing and tacobell by putting in those damn touchscreens."
"Rob took my drive through order, he didn’t listen and repeated himself. I did not feel confident I’d get the right order. When I got to the window he was acting stoned and out of it. Handed me the wrong size drink and I asked for him to make the change as I paid for a bigger size he smirked and filled my cup with the wrong soda. Not worth making a scene I just dealt with it, but then he sneezed on my receipt and then put the receipt in the bag with my food. There was a long line and I was only on a break. I just went back to work. You can’t stand up for yourself anymore without being called a Karen. The standards at the Arby’s are in the basement and I don’t recommend eating here when that’s the quality staff they have"
"I made an order out online for this place ahead of time stating a specific time for pick up as they wished. Upon getting there I found my order was not even started. After leaving and getting all the way home, I found I was shorted cheese sauce, aujus sauce, and a large fish order. I wrote the company and they sent their normal apologies, but nothing to the fact that they would refund my money. a few weeks went by and I received a letter in the mail with 2 cards for 2 free sandwiches. Nothing about refunding me for my large fish order that I paid for or the cheese sauce which I paid for. Yeah sure they gave me 2 free sandwiches, but that's not the point. Strike one, order was not even started and I was 7 minutes late to pick it up. Strike 2, you shorted me items on the order, Strike 3 you didn't even have the decency to refund my money for product you never gave me. I will never go back to this Arby's. They were not short handed, the manager seemed a little bit incompetent allowing so many employees to go on break together."
"After work on Saturday, Sep 9th, 2023 at 11:40pm (within posted business hours except for Google's contradictory hours). I told the woman who takes drive-thru orders that I would like to try out the 9 Boneless wings. The woman then asked me which kind of fries do I want, curly or crinkle. I tried to ask her TWICE which one she thinks are better and she wouldn't answer. I said (a third time) "I'm interested in knowing which fries you think are better", she said with a very rude tone "I DON'T EAT THE FOOD HERE SIR, SO WHICH ONE DO YOU WANT?!" I was surprised and said I guess "I'll try the curly fries". I pulled up to the window and waited for my order. When she opened the window she shoved the bag toward me. I was curious and, with a smile I tried to ask "so, why don't you eat the food here?" Before the last sound came out of my mouth, she had turned her head away and slammed the window shut... and walked away. It was about the rudest drive-through experience I've ever received and it really worried me that something would be wrong with the food because of how she was acting. As I slowly pulled forward I looked through the window in disbelief (wondering if I'd ever get any explanation for her comment or treatment). I saw her at a counter in the middle of the restaurant talking to a male worker. She turned and defiantly looked directly at me shaking her head. I live very close to this Arby's and I didn't want to sped any time on this. I was excited to get home from work and have this snack, but I was very unnerved by the comments and treatment... Then, I was let down again. THE FOOD WAS ABSOLUTELY COLD AND UNAPPETIZING. Now I'm sitting here writing this review. This is all a shame because the restaurant has just received a full face lift but the workers are a joke and rude, and not versed in customer service. Hope you can track who this person is and at least talk to them. Thank you,"
