"Food great just the lady serving it had a major attitude when I asked for the price."
"Don't go in the evening before they close cause the bourbon chicken they served us was old, dry, and hard!!! I was highly disappointed after someone recommended we try it cause their food was great!!! So maybe I'll try them out at lunch and see if it's any better."
"Better years ago so grease blacken chicken only thing worth eating rice potatoes don't taste like they did years ago"
"I've patronize this particular restaurant for years without any disappointment ever. It's run by Asian Americans who are both nice and pleasant. The prices are very competitive for the type of cuisine that they serve. And it's a hearty meal."
"This place brings sooo many memories back. I kind of grew up off this place when I was going to high school and it didn’t make any better that I lived close to downtown so I always had access to Kelly’s. Me personally this is the best food spot in tower city and if you think about it they are the only ones still standing in Tower City, while all the other restaurants are closed down. Their potatoes used to be soooo fresh, spicy, and delicious. They are good now but they don’t taste like they did when I was in high school. I recently just had them and I did not enjoy my potatoes at all. They didn’t taste or feel down. I enjoy their bourbon chicken. I’m realizing that I don’t like orange chicken anymore. I still recommend them."
