"This was a very average experience for me. Everyone always raves about eating at this chain, so it's possible my expectations were too high. The place was sit down, which for some reason I wasn't expecting. The waitress was pleasant enough, but not overly friendly. The whole experience was very meh. And the Our Burger was not much different from a McDonald's burger to be honest; I would rather have one from 5 Guys. The onion rings and lemonade were decent at least."
