"Anytime you eat at.a fast food restaurant, you already know about the food really. You go there because you like it. So what you really rate is the location, specifically. Is the food prepared right, fast, it's hot and fresh when you get it, and are the people nice. Well at this location, you get all of that, plus the nicest restaurant owner around. Rima Patel makes it a point to be friendly and happy and make your day better by preparing fresh, hot, YUMMY food for you that you don't have to cook yourself. This is a GREAT location for excellent food and fantastic service. Thank you, Rima! I love your restaurant."

"First of all we had to go back to the store because they forgot a sandwich. Secondly the buns on all the Roman burgers were over cooked and hard. Thirdly, 2 people who have had them before got upset stomachs from the Roman burgers. IF we ever go back to Mr. Hero it won't be to this store. To top it off we had people in from out of town who didn't get a very good impression of the food and service at all."

"Usually this place is great, but the loaded tater tots are too loaded with cheese. I ordered thru door dash and put in the special directions to go light on the cheese and they still came drenched in it. Second time I've wasted my money on these. Please be more aware of the special instructions on the door dash orders since we aren't there to communicate these kinds of things in person. I'm still giving 5 stars because otherwise never had anything but great experience. Do wish u would bring back the onion petals."
