"Food was good, service was okay, but what really made the experience negative was that the restaurant had this sign on every table stating a promo that they had going on for the month (that only states what you have to order to get the deal). We ordered 2 entrees, the pickles, a flatbread, more to go, and tipped 20% on the full bill. Once paying , we realized we didn’t get the promo and the server told us that actually we would have to ask specifically for it before ordering, yet there’s nothing on the sign stating that. We called the manager today and they dismissed the situation and told us to call corporate if we want a resolution. Very poor way to handle your business, it really wouldn’t be too hard to put “Just mention it to your server!” on the sign. We spent over $150 total for 3 adults and a child, a good server would’ve mentioned the promo initially to add to her total tab and we probably would’ve ordered more and given her an even larger tip. Disappointing experience."
"Their food went WAY downhill. Burgers and chicken are significantly smaller. Also, they are cheaping out on staff. Saving tens of dollars in labor just to anger both customers and employees is one of the stupidest, most short-sighted things a business can do. At this rate, two years from now they'll be closing the location--and they'll have nobody to blame but themselves."
"We ordered the hot chicken sandwich and the cheat day burger, with fried pickles and nacho apps. The cheat day burger and the hot chicken sandwich were great! The pickles and the nachos were ok. I personally don't care for the ranch they drizzle on the nachos and serve with the pickles. The service was just fine."
"The BBQ Chicken Chopped Salad was tasty! Nice little selection of beers from Ohio-based breweries, I got a flight for $10! The rest of our table ordered the steak salad and a few different burgers and they were all pleased. Good service as well. I would say the menu might be on the shorter side, but it seems like what they do they do well— which is all that matters to me."
"Absolutely love this place. The food is excellent. They had the best blood orange margaritas. Emma was the sweetest. The house tater tots are fantastic!"
