"I should have read the reviews before eating here. Property is clean. The lady taking drive thru orders was friendly. The lady that took my money and handed my food was acting as if she was forced to be here. My food was poor, fries cold, drink half full, chicken sandwich tasted old and soggy, and the mozzarella sticks were chewy. Only reason for not getting 1 star is because of the friendly drive thru speaker operator. Should fire the rest."
"I'm not aware of what has upset the lady who was in charge of taking orders tonight at 10 PM. I came to pick up my order, not to be yelled at. If you dislike your job, you should consider leaving it. No one enjoys being shouted at as if they're being addressed by a lunatic. If this behavior reflects your company's culture, then I'll feel compelled to encourage the community to boycott your services. As a doctor who has worked a 16-hour shift and wanted to buy dinner to take home for rest, I am extremely uncomfortable with your behavior. I am surprised to encounter such an impolite restaurant in our community, especially near my workplace. I expect you to take this issue seriously and make improvements. Otherwise, I will use my influence to compel your establishment to improve."
"Got to the window and there was no interaction. Just a hand open for my card and a drink held up. Waited then a bag was held up and no words were spoken. Cold fries. I specifically asked for horsey sauce. Nothing in the bag. On top of that no sauce or cheese on the roast beef sandwich. Not going back to this location. Just really bad. Dec. 21st, 2023. Around noon."
