"I've gone here a half dozen times, all in the middle of the day and not near closing and they are always out of fajita veggies or a meat. 1pm? Out. 6pm? Out. It's never been a good experience due to the lack of fresh and in stock ingredients."

"Went to this location on my lunch and the manager was more worried about charging me for a second vinaigrette, than providing a good experience and making sure my whole order was there. The food was ice cold after my 5 minute drive home and then realized they didn’t put a tortilla in my bag. Was charged for a second vinaigrette and it hardly covered the bottom of the container. Based on recent reviews and my experience the owner/manager should put more effort into a better dining experience with fresh hot ingredients rather than frantically worrying about a 50 cent container of vinaigrette."

"Went in at 9:20 today for 2 bowls. You could tell they were shutting down even though their sign says 'now open until 11'. My order and my wife's order were both very skimpy and you could tell they were running out of ingredients. I ordered steak and feel like I was skipped on my portion and if you're trying to working to the end of your shift and making food until you no longer have customers, you should find a new job. This is absolutely ridiculous and the worst service I've gotten in a chipotle. I can tell the guy was rushing as he made our order and I feel like I didn't get what I paid for. Won't come back to this location ever again. I also don't know if this is normal but the dining room was also closed."

"Sorry but I can not stand going into chipotle and having to wait 20 minutes while there's seven employees and just one making food for mobile and door dash, makes you want to go and not come back."

"I order online from this location from time to time as a treat for my boyfriend. I always ask for extra pretty much everything, and they usually load the bowl up very well. Tonight when I picked up, the bowl felt very light. I usually don't address these things because I know food service workers have it hard enough. But I just felt for the price I should get what I ask for. I brought this to their attention and the manager (I wish I got his name) was so kind and immediate made a me a new bowl that was perfect. 5 stars for how he handled the situation. Much appreciated!"
