"Shrinkflation has hit Subway. You went from "Eat Fresh" to "Eat Less". All three Subs did not have nearly the amount of food in them as usual. Possibly because it's an online order and we're not there to watch the subs be made? And the Subs were salty. First time i ever bit into a subway and no meat fell out. Not even close to falling out. Subs didn't even pass the weight test i'm use to. Don't think we didn't notice and we won't be back."

"The lady behind the counter was incredibly short tempered and borderline aggressive with me while making my sandwich. She didn’t want to give me more than 4 tomatoes on a footlong. She informed me that no subways in Elyria accept “Subway”coupons. When I told her the one on Cleveland Street has for me recently she was sarcastic and rude. I will never go back there again."
