"I wouldn't take my dog there! Definitely don't take your child there. My son had a temp of 103 and swollen lymph node. The doctor came in and checked vitals and looked in his throat. I told them about his swollen lymph node and culture coming back fine. But the lymph node has been really swollen and tight for 4 days. He said he's fine, without even looking at it!!! I had to take my son's mask off to show him. I was so mad! Why are you even here? What does he even do to say a child is okay without looking at it? The doctor touched it and said he's fine. I told the doctor that my son wasn't doing well with pill form antibiotics, and needed liquid form. He was choking and throwing up from the pills being so big, so he wasn't getting better. The doctor didn't even have an ultrasound done like my son's family doctor advises they do. I felt like the doctor didn't even want to be there. Shrugged me off like he didn't care. No bedside manner. It was like we were a burden to his day. The most lack of caring I've ever personally witnessed. He told me to go to Children's and left the room. Do not take your child here! His family doctor apologized to us for the way we were treated by the doctor. They asked us which doctor it was we saw at the ER, and I definitely told them. They couldn't believe how we were treated."

"Doctor was very unprofessional and rude to my wife he is lucky I wasn't there. Anyhow she came in with heart problems he acted like she shouldn't be there and told her this said he didn't no what the problem was and after many hour of this quack he said it's hard to tell if your that concerned about it we will monitor you over night but there is no point I'm livid I'm going to get his name and he will be getting a call from me.she has heart disease a full metal jacket copd about to be put on oxygen i mean it's a er and you get pissed that a person came there with an emergency"

"Dr Anderson is absolutely amazing. She is the only Dr to take time and do further testing on my dad... He has to see a cardiologist but we never would have know the issue had she not been so thorough! I am forever grateful for her!! Mandy Blum"

"I have been in a lot of hospital rooms recently unfortunately, and of all the hospitals I have been in the beds at the emergency room here are by far the least comfortable. Mattresses so thin they might as well not even be there. By the time I left I was so sore from the bed that I didn't know if I would be able to stand."
