"These are horrible people they don't care about you if you don't benefit them they are rude and they smart off to you all the time they have rude nurses and I will never go back to them again as soon as the 72 hours they said ot takes to get my drs note is Givin to me I've never heard of this before and this is after they said it will only take 48 hours will be calling corprate office I'm done with it dr Rachele Hibbs is a horrible person"

"What a joke!! I went in because of withdrawals from medication. They said they was going to send me to the ER to talk to someone that could help.. what a lie. I was already missing work for a dr appointment then was locked in the hospital and told if I left the cops would be at my house before I got home and then I would be there for 72 hours on suicide watch!! Unbelievable how they don’t listen and assume. I already didn’t like going to hospitals and drs now thanks to them I will never go to a dr again.. Thank you for nothing and losing me all my daily wages when all I need was some help not suicide help!"

"Tracy used to give me faith that I could trust a doctor. In the last year, it has been a struggle to even get through to Tracy. I only talk to he staff, and they are always short, and act like I’m bothering them. I tried to get a referral, and I got a call saying she couldn’t refill my pain med and to go see the dr she referred me to. I have been seeing him for a year, and I didn’t even ask for pain meds. They called me at 7 this morning and left a message about the referrral, and when I called back the person on the phone automatically assumed I was calling for a psychiatrist. Then when I did get through to who called. She hung up as I said have a nice day. What a shame, bc I really liked Tracy."

"I came in 8 minutes after my appointment time. I called ahead and told them my work wouldn't let me out until later than I was supposed to leave. They told me to rush there. Once I got there I was asked if I had the covid vaccine. I told them no... so they sent me away saying it was because I was late. Then why did they ask me if I was vaccinated? I am a single mom and I needed the doctor's excuse... I will now lose my job. All because they consider me a second rate citizen."

"For not being to the doctor in about 10 years or more, I was expecting a much more thorough examination. It seemed like I was being rushed out. And I was prescribed pills, that If she'd taken the time to explain what they were and what they do, I would have not wanted them. Now, I am back to square one"
