"Refuses to discuss prices of services over the phone or messenger. I'm only interested in paying the bill for my sister's kids. Says I have to come in person before they will tell me anything about what they offer or how much they charge. I don't live there. I'm not driving hours just for a 5 minute conversation I can have over the phone. Just tell me how much it costs so I can write the check. Horrible service. Horrible experience. Starting to think it's some kind of sleezy car dealership style bait and switch scam."
