"Was like they thought we were a bunch of cattle. Did not give me an option to back out because of expense. If they had given me an estimate in advance l wouldn't be struggling to pay them the money the insurance didn't pay. On a fixed income and now they want my entire pension check or they will turn me into the finance system who may take my social security check in their finances. They like fear tactics. This is my 2nd cataract surgery and the worst one. The other surgery was done by another doctor out of town. Wish l had backed out of this surgery. They don't carei if l am in trouble financially. The insurance has already paid thousands."

"This place is ridiculous 3 hrs for an eye doctor's appointment. Way way way over scheduled and I recommend drive elsewhere."

"I walked in and handed them a Bill and said I want to pay this off. The front desk said oh, its more then that. I said ok,I will pay it off.They are still sending me the same bill I asked to pay off. I even called and spoke to someone and said I'm still getting this bill. She said, your paid in full., but billing department keeps calling me,saying it's not paid. I paid 900.00 that day and they are still sending me the same bill ,I handed them to pay off. There billing is terrible, they will charge you more then what you should be charged, because they can get away with it. Their wait time is horrible. You will always be there for an hour and half or longer no matter what time your appointment is"

"I help my mother and one of her friends , both almost 88 years old. I have to drive them around to doctor appointments and other places. I DO NOT have the time to wait for the Whitewater Eye Center to be running 1-2 hours late! Knowing they’re going to be late, I believe the patient should have the opportunity to have a choice of going in late or to reschedule."

"My dad has been getting shots in the eye for years here last year it seemed nobody knew what to do but this year with new nurses it's all changed around quick in quick out knew exactly what they were doing friendly an courteous highly recommend"
