"You better hope that you don't have any kind of emergency at night. The emergency room nurses are absolute terrible people. Mocking a mother with her sick newborn for her wait and then making a comment that they were going to add another half hour because she asked for an update. We didn't even stay to be treated after hearing how they were treating that woman and her child. They all need to lose their jobs if that is how they treat their patients."

"I see a lot of bad reviews. I had two incidents with Reid. One is when the saved my life during/after a widow maker heart attack. Maybe it was due to the severity of the situation, but I had very prompt service. I guess, maybe code blue guarantees this? The other was recently when I was having extreme high blood pressures. 3am, drove myself. Also had symptoms of heart attack. Took them 18 hours to get my pressures down. Not their fault. Everyone was helpful, kind, but not overbearing and in my face all the time. Fortunately no heart attack this time!"
