"I started going there a few years ago, when it was Mid America Clinical Labs, because I was charged $300 or more at Reid Health for lab tests. Somebody told me at work it was much cheaper. When I went, I was pleased. Today, I went for a cholesterol test, and I fasted. I go there a little after 9:00. There was only one girl working. I don't know if someone called off, or people don't want to work there. She even came out and said she was the only one working, and people cleared out. I stayed, thinking she would get to me. By 11:00, I still hadn't been called in, and I was getting hungry. When she called someone in, I asked when I was I going to be called in. She said she didn't know when. I asked if they couldn't get people to work there. I chose to leave, and an elderly couple started to come in, and I told them what happened. They choose to leave, too. I don't know if and when I will get my cholesterol test. My doctor's appointment is next Friday. I don't know where I will go. I can't afford high prices. They need to make changes in order to get people back. UPDATE: October 27, 2023-The last time I went here, I was not pleased and went back to getting my tests done at Reid. This year, I was told by my doctor's office that I had to come here. Why I don't know. I had to schedule an appointment on the app, which wasn't hard to do. When I came to my appointment, I saw there were more people working here, not one person like the last time I was here. A lady called me in and took care of me quickly, and I was on my way in a short period of time. Things have improved since I have been here."

"I scheduled a drug test for pre employment at 2:30. today, May 10, 2023. I arrived and checked in fifteen minutes early. Someone arrived after I did, checked in for an appointment at 2:10, at 2:25,even though it says if you are more than 10 minutes late you’re considered a walk in. 2:30 finally arrived and at this point I’m about to burst a kidney. They call the 2:10 appointment back at 2:30. I waited a few more minutes and finally had to leave because they don’t even have a bathroom!!!! Why would you schedule a urine test and then leave the person to squirm in the waiting area for that long? This place is a joke. I would drive an extra 45 minutes just to avoid a place that is obviously not run by competent employees. If I am scheduled to urinate in a cup at 2:30 I have to go at 2:30. That is not a difficult thing to grasp but apparently quest diagnostics is run by people that are too busy walking around drinking soda and wandering aimlessly through the grass outside. Go somewhere else and spare yourself the hassle. Hopefully they close it down or hire someone that can schedule or complete appointments within an acceptable timeframe. I would give them 0 stars if I could. I am updating this to reflect the recent experience I had with Quest Diagnostic Services. I went back today Thursday, May, 11. I barely had sat down and they called me right away. This time I was the one holding things up as I didn’t have enough urine on my first attempt. Amy was patient and understanding and very friendly and polite. I was finally able to fill the cup and was in and out quickly once I could complete the test. So I guess it depends on the day? Maybe I left too soon yesterday? Either way great job today."

"I wish I could give this place 0 stars had a appointment waited an hour over the scheduled apt. As they were taking in walk ins just for them to say oh we don't have your order. Hello Karen my doc faxes in not once but twice with confirmation so who ever is looking for them apparently shouldn't be working there. No sorry no nothing I even asked why make an apt. With this person is calling for walk ins and people with apt are out there waiting. I thought you had to have atleast some education"
