"The people were nice but drinks were by far the worst I’ve ever had. And the whipped cream is thick and weird like it’s expired or something. The drink itself tastes awful."

"The workers are very friendly, but the way things are made are extremely inconsistent, especially the drinks. One day it can taste very good another day it can taste bad or weird, like they used the wrong ingredients or measured the ingredients wrong."

"The food was cold but in their defense the staff was very very busy and the location seemed understaffed. However, they were very kind and I don't mind a lukewarm sandwich. They replaced my friends bagel with a new one without any issues. I got the most dense, indestructible hash brown I've ever eaten, possibly the hardest hash brown ever forged by man. Could have put the hash brown in a tube sock and used it as a weapon in the event of a robbery. Cannot overstate how hard the hash brown was. I should be given some kind of ribbon or perhaps a medal for my sheer perseverance and tenacity for having eaten it."

"I would like to start this review with, the actual workers at this store are SUPER nice. They were friendly, accommodating, and doing their best. However, they were set up for failure and it was obvious. Poorly trained, obviously overwhelmed, and left without everything needed to properly do their jobs. That's a direct reflection on management, which if my visit today says anything needs some serious work."

"Fast friendly service through the drive-thru. Tim bit Donuts where a bit stale & coffee is hit or miss. Tea was refreshing & my croissant blt was hot & tasty! This Tims is my go to when I'm in a hurry to be on my way. Very efficient store."
