"Food is always fresh and hot, but almost every time I visit, even ordering ahead on the app, I am asked to pull into a bay to wait for my food. Takes 10+ minutes most times. I gave up ordering any coffee drinks (which we did a lot) as they either can't make it because machine is down. If the machine is working it still takes 20 minutes."
"I had the elusive McRib sandwich without onions but with extra sauce. Granted the sandwich had plenty of sauce, but it makes for messy eating. I enjoyed my meal with a Diet Coke and a Holiday Pie. I went through the drive thru, so I didn't rate the atmosphere. I love the McRib and the Holiday Pie. So, I was very pleased. I used the mobile app, and the service was speedy as a result."
"I am a door dasher, just pulled through to pick up my order. Guy at speaker couldn’t hear what I was saying. Despite them getting upset if I don’t come to the speaker I pulled around, guy said he couldn’t hear due to my car (I have been to many speakers all night while dashing and it’s been fine). I looked up and he has air pods in his ears. He still can’t hear me when I give him the order number. I ask him if he could hear better if he took out his headphones and he proceeds to yell at me through the window. Management isn’t better. Have had rude experiences with them as well."
"Springboro location. 1210pm. This location absolutely sucks at quality and customer service. Drive through for lunch today. Was told to pull up to the 3rd window. Sat there and watched 10 vehicles go by me with their order along with 5 walk in customers. 12 minutes later, I get handed a bag, and it's not even my order! When I do get my order the double Hesse is a greasy mess thrown together. $15/hr or more and these idiots can't even serve a quality product in a timely manner."
