"I phoned them to make appt. to get both my dogs nails trimmed. The young lady who answered said they had open appts, but she couldn't make appt. over phone. So, I went online immediately after hanging up the phone to secure an appt. Shortly, I received email saying they didn't have anything for 3 months. All this transpired within 10 mins. I am NOT a new customer. Idk if they changed owners, but treatment I received was rude. Not going there ever again."

"EDIT: We now also take our 1 yr old bernedoodle here and he also enjoys it! This is the best place in town for grooming and doggie daycare. We take our 6-7 year old Shepard mix here for grooming all the time and he loves it. Loves it so much we started taking him for daycare. They are very nice and kind here, pricing is super fair and they help you decide what is best for your pets hair and skin when it comes to grooming."

"Updated: I have taken my dog to this salon several times over the last few years. They’ve always done a good job with my dog but after today, I won’t be returning or recommending this salon. For starters, no one is very friendly. No one acts like they want to be there or be helping you/your dog. Secondly, since their method of tipping is Venmo or cash… they need a better system. Print the QR codes or something and display them instead of making your receptionist look it up, squint trying to read the Venmo name and then make sure you’ve typed it in your phone correctly and/or confirming you’ve looked up the correct person (the receptionist did nothing wrong here. I am stating the difficulty of her having to try to read and relay the info when it could be displayed) But lastly… for a $70 groom, I expect the groomer to bring my dog out not anyone else. I don’t and wouldn’t have minded waiting until he was ready to bring him out himself. My dog came out and I noticed a strong smell. I obviously didn’t think it was him since ya know… he just had a bath. It wasn’t until I got into my car where I realized he released his glands at some point before I picked him up so now after spending $90 with a tip, I’m here at home cleaning him up. The groomer should have been the one to bring him out, talk to me, all while looking him over one last time. I have no idea when or why he released his glands but that obviously never happens so I would have liked to just know why for future reference. If it was a specific service that scared him, I could have avoided it for next time. I’m annoyed and disappointed. Saying something at the front desk doesn’t apply here seeing as I didn’t notice that it was in fact him who smelled bad, until I had already left."

"The staff is courteous, responsive, understanding, and our dogs just love to be there. They shake in excitement when arriving at the store. Grooming is done very nicely with care, and so we won't take them anywhere else. Attention is given to all the little spots such as toes, nails and ears and deodorant shampoo is used even a little bandana is given to them matching the season."

"I love getting my dog groomed here! She looks beautiful EVERY TIME! Everyone is so professional and nice! They are also very responsive when it comes to making appointments, definitely found my forever grooming spot!"
