"The staff were amazing given the circumstances. I’m not sure how familiar the higher up managers are with OSHA regulations and what a safe work environment is but 81° is absolutely unacceptable. And the fact that every employee is able to maintain a friendly face and still be extremely patient and kind is amazing to me. There is no excuse that a company charging around 10-12$ for a sandwich that I can make at home for less should be putting their employees at risk of heat exhaustion or any other health risks due to high temperatures in a kitchen. Fix the AC or close the store. There’s no excuse and it is unacceptable."

"First time trying Potbelly in Ohio and this was a great meal! My gf got the new Gyro flat and mac&cheese which she loved. I got the Pizza Melt and some broccoli cheddar soup, everything was very good. The cookie I got was huge and the perfect dessert after our meal. We'll definitely be back to try other stuff because there's a good amount of options!"

"I tried the roast beef sandwich and it was tasty. We had to wait for some time as there was just one guy in the whole restaurant. However, he gave us complimentary chips and soda in order to compensate for the time we had to wait. I liked the gesture and that is what customer service should be like."
