"I placed an order earlier today for nearly $60 from this place. When my order got here, half the items were missing. I got store credit through Door Dash and decided to reorder my missing items, which were fries and a drink. I wait about another half hour and the next Dasher brings what I believe is the rest of my order. No, I just get the fries. No drink. It's clearly on the receipts from both deliveries that I should have a large Pepsi. So at this point, I'm a bit upset. They halved my order the first time around and when I expected them to correct it, they halved it again. I guess the D team is working tonight. Too busy eating crayons and trying to fit square blocks into a rectangular hole than get people's orders right the first time. I love Penn Station but I won't be ordering from this location again. Freaking ridiculous!"

"My husband came in to get me some food. He said no cheese- I have a dairy sensitivity. The food took a long time. He got home and it is covered in melted cheese. I'm unable to eat it and I can't even call the store to let them know. The phone just rings a busy tone. We won't make it back in time tonight for them to replace it either because they'll be closed. I'm pregnant and SO disappointed. It's the only thing that sounded good today."
