"I went here for a quick dinner and that was the last thing I got. The new AI ordering process is a nightmare. You can't customize your order at all and had to wait for the person working the drive through to come on to get my order taken. I get to the second window the girl hands me 5 cokes in 1 drink holder with the one cup coming out of the broken bottom. She says be careful an shows me the cup holder is broke then ask me to go to the parking space to wait. After waiting 23 minutes for my food, I go inside. No one was at the counter so I waited figuring someone would come over because they all seen me standing there. No one came over. I had to loudly ask to be helped. I told them I had been waiting over 20 minutes for my food and the girl proceeded to say "you got that right." She took my receipt and showed what I assumed was a manager. They were still working on my order. The bag of food was sitting on the counter with the sandwiches next to it and they sent my sons happy meal out to the wrong car. The manager came over to give me the bags and asked if she needed to walk them to the car. I had to remind her i was still missing the happy meal so she gave me one and the other that was the mix up. By the time I got my food the fries were luke warm the burgers were hard and the cokes were watered down after it was all said and done. $60 worth of garbage. By far the most disappointing experience I had here."
"Went thru the drive thru and of course had trouble with the AI robot, so finally after 5 minutes of sitting there a human takes me order.. I ordered 2 cheeseburgers dressed like big macs. Spicy chicken DELUXE large with a coke. Got my food and the cheeseburgers had no pickles or onions. And the Spicy only had pickles on it and the fries had a long white/blonde hair on them.... I went back in and showed the manager this. Got all the food back and the cheeseburgers were STILL missing onions. There was a squirt of sauce on the chicken sandwich, and it was mostly on the box, not the sandwich, and still had NO ONIONS. Cherry on top, large fry was half full, cold, and the chicken was too rough/chewy to eat. After 2 trips through the drive thru and a trip inside, i still left with an unsatisfactory meal. $15 broker and still hungry."
"Food was hot for once, prepared properly and was good. Employees lack friendly attitudes and need to be more careful of how loud they talk in the kitchen and choose their topics carefully. Foul language could be heard in the dining room and there was a child present. Employee attire was severely lacking cleanliness, no uniforms worn, no hair nets or gloves worn while handling food. Just overall unkept look, not friendly, no smiles when customers approached the counter to order food."
"I was coming down the hill from Walmart rushing my butt off It was 10:28 and I called McDonald's which is only literally a minute and a half away just in case I hit a light and I asked them if they could hold like place my order and hold it and I'll be right there and they told me no I even offered to give him an extra $5 they would not do it. Like what would be in the harm and doing something like that when I'm right at the light I think common courtesy goes a long ways and if the shoe was on the other foot they would have done you know they would want it done for them. I even asked to speak with the general manager which is working today and they they told me on the phone couldn't speak with them then I asked to speak with him at the drive through after they deny me my breakfast at 10:31 still wouldn't let me speak with her. That's crazy how the world is nowadays wooden recommend it"
"The app could use some work as it's not the easiest to change the location. Also if you want it to be a combo meal you have to really look in the bottom corner for making it a meal and not just the main eating item. Overall the service is good except ordering ahead you have to assure that you check your order and take it as not knowing and it stays awhile they don't check it and call your name out. I ordered just after 10 am and my fries were stone cold and had to reorder."
