"I came here to get food for my family and I for dinner. I ordered through the app and went and picked it up through drive through. Pulled over to make sure everything was there and it wasn’t. They missed one thing. I get it big order no big deal. Went in there they made my wrap, great But for the cook to sit there and say snide remarks oh it shouldn’t be no big deal it’s just a wrap like I should’ve forgot about it.I do not care if it cost me 1 cent for my food. I ordered and paid for it. Very Disrespectful."

"Drive thru: I always get the same thing which is a double whopper and lady asked plain right which I thought was weird cause usually they asked add cheese or bacon and so I always say to add cheese but she ignore what I said and then proceed to say okay a plain burger so I thought okay maybe a double whopper with no cheese and so once I get home I find out it’s just a plain burger with no nothing. Seriously I never have a problem with BK but I highly don’t recommend this location."

"I went through the drive through ordered 2 classic 2 honey mustard wraps only to have to repeat multiple times clearly that i did not want spicy wraps to only get 2 spicy wraps instead of my classic wraps and forgot to give me my Whopper. i mean if i have to repeat my order multiple times it should be a reasonable expectation to get all my food and get it correct i know how the service industry is and i would understand a hiccup if i didnt repeat my order but i did multiple times"

"Do not order from STEPHANIE at this location she’s obviously unable to take an order correctly or replace a prior order that was in correct, was extremely rude on the phone when I simply called to explain hung up on me before I could finish the issue and told me she would not be replacing my food that I pay for, I chose this location to pay her to complete my order as I asked as I was treated terribly. Please do better and remember without customers you do not have a job, I’m easy to please especially when you treat me as I treat you. And Stephanie we did ask for a Bacon king not a big king and you even wrapped it in the Bacon king wrapper."
