Domino's Pizza 160 Barnwood Drive, Edgewood, KY 41017

"I came into this establishment to order lunch for me and my staff. When enter the building there is a wall that you can use chalk on. There a very inappropriate drawing on the wall I then told not one but 2 employees about the wall one employee ignored me the first time I brought up. The second employee was a driver he acknowledged me and said ok but did nothing but get his delivery and leave the building. The original employee came back to give me my finished pizza I then for the second time told him about the issue on the wall he just walked away. The pizza was great but the experience was very poor!!"

"No seasoning on crust. No extra cheese. Bits of onion in the pizza when we didn’t ask for those. Look at this atrocious cut done. Food took over an hour. We live 5 minutes away. Lady at door complained about walking all over the complex. (It’s 26 degrees out and she didn’t even wear a jacket so???) Whoever worked tonight…. Wow."

"Today I received a pizza that I could not eat. It must have fell on the ground because the pizza was a broken mess and had some hair and other gross looking things mixed in. I was too sketched out to get it rebaked so I asked for a refund instead. I can't believe someone would just pick a pizza up off the ground and throw it into the box and hand it off to a customer like that. This make me incredibly nervous to ever order from them again."

"I’m not sure I’ve ever had worse pizza delivered, in my life. What stinks is that the Dixie Highway location used to deliver to my house and food was always top notch and showed up fast af. This Edgewood location is straight garbage and takes twice as long to show up."
