"Placed an online order while traveling to our hotel next door to this location. When we arrived half the order couldn’t be completed due to lack of ziti and chicken!? And they didn’t call and ask us what to replace it with. They waited till we got there to tell us they hadn’t made anything because they were out. After driving all day waiting an extra 20 minutes really is super irritating!! The four cheese shells were the most disgusting thing I’ve ever ordered, for $50 they should have called and asked us what to cook!!! Skip this place, next!"

"We normally love fazolis. But this time, we got excited because we didn't even know it was there until we were on the exit... We went thru the drive thru. Which apparently was a mistake. 10 mins waiting to order no big deal, not in a hurry. The guy taking our order was extremely rude. I get it working sucks. Another 7-10 mins waiting for food. Again, it's no big deal. So we get to work and are getting ready to eat. My appetizer was non-existent. The sauce was there but no cheese bites. The boneless wings. Husbands favorite. Absolutely no sauce. At all. They were half spicy, half bland. And just plain nasty. I'm scared to try my salad and I'm sure we will never eat there again."

"Prices are fair. Service is pretty good. Nice people working here. Food quality is basically meals from the frozen section of the grocery store. Quiet place to have an affordable meal."

"Italian fast food place that really needs better management & staffing. Conveniently located with plenty of free parking. Pretty wide selection of food choices. Overall not very flavorful. The best thing about the meal was the free breadsticks you get when dining in. The dining area was not clean at all. The tables were all sticky, as was the floor. The food was far from what I would expect. Service was very slow & careless. My husband had baked spaghetti, which he reported was practically tasteless & underdone. We had pepperoni cheese bread, which was very unimpressive. I would definitely not get that again. I had the Italian sub, which was a bit spicy. Plenty of meat & very thick. Pepsi products."

"The service was the best I have seen since in a very long time. The employees were always smiling and interacting with the customers. The place was spotless clean and the food came out fast and hot. They definitely get 5 stars from me and my highest recommendation!"
