"Last two times I've been in the last week. Noodles weren't cooked properly and didn't even finish half of my 3-way. 2nd time I went I wanted hot cheese and they forgot which is fine but they took the 3 coneys they gave me and just added the hot cheese on top. So there was like 2 pounds of cheese on each coney. Terrible service as of late. Hope they get it figured out."

"We have been eating here for years and it has always been great. I had a bad experience in the drive thru when they reopened from their remodel. The coneys were just bad; dry bun, and hardly any cheese or chili. I figured oh well, everyone has a bad night. Well, the next time through, I told them about getting dry food the previous visit and asked if they could make sure there was enough chili; I get home to a dry 4 way, dry coney and missing hot sauce and crackers that were asked for. It's disappointing, but I will probably try again. I hope they get it straightened out. Edit after a couple more visits; Not what it used to be. They do not put the care into their prep anymore. I live 300 yards from it, but the mt orab location has lost my business."

"I went through the drive thru and had a horrible experience. The staff were not friendly and did not care to say hi or anything, just said my total and took my card. Then I noticed my order sitting there and instead of bagging my 2 items then took 3 more orders. 2 items and it took 5 minutes for him to bag. Rather than keeping the line moving. No apology for my wait time, or a have a nice day, just a “here you go” and shut the window. I ordered fries and got 12 fries in my bag, so they have raised prices but decreased the amount of product from before. It’s a shame. Please visit any other drive thru in town. You will have better service and fast wait times. They may have changed the inside but their workers do not care and it shows. Do not eat here."

"Have been coming here off and on, eating out in the summer and in in the winter. Its a homey little place. Warm atmosphere. Kind people, and good food! Their sandwiches are un-hinge your jaw big, their half salad alone is filling, their coneys are soft and easy to chew. Absolutely wonderful. I highly reccomend giving this place a try if you're looking for a homey, not very crowded place to eat with excellent food options!"
