"I have been waiting to put in a review. But tonight was it for me. My visit date 1-29-24 6:00pm. Whoever the manager is that is running that restaurant during dinner shift is replaceable. How can you not be aware of anything that is going on? Very incompetent and rude people that work there at night. But dayshift you guys are awesome. Never ever have a problem going through during the day. If the GM took the time out to read half of these reviews to do their job and take care of the problems. Just saying would definitely help the image of your store."

"Stop in to get food to take home, get home to open this cheeseburger that looks like it hit the floor. Place is always slow, pulls you forward for the simplest order, and that Brittany girl that's supposed to be a manager is the biggest joke of a manager ever. I wait at the drivethou after 3 cars go though and say hello...she's says...I'm busy and I'll take your order in a minute...girl needs to be fired for many other reasons."

"This location is no longer 24 hours. Which isn’t posted ANYWHERE. So I am in the drive thru at 5 til midnight. 1 car ahead of me, they get their order taken. Then they leave me at the speaker until it hits midnight just to tell me that they closed. UNPROFESSIONAL."

"They got my order right and they brought it to my table pretty quickly, but the kiosk instructed me to take a table marker when there were none, and the first two tables I tried to sit at were dirty. I did find a clean table on the third try, though, and the one staff member who interacted with me was very friendly."
