"I got two fish sandwiches both was different types of fish one tasted nasty plus no tarter sauce on either one of them. The second one was a round fish stick very small. Neither one looked like the fish they used in the advertisement."
"Was given a "Reuben" that had so much undrained sauerkraut on it the whole thing bread and all was a soaked wet lump so much so that it soaked through the wrapper and bag and made a big mess. A Reuben also contains pickles, this did not. Curly fries were old and chewy. Gross"
"I am VERY disappointed in my experience at this location. I asked the young man if they had any turkey and cheese sliders. He said “uhuh” and I continued my order. He sounded very unenthusiastic and tired. He didn’t read my order for me or my total, he just told me to pull up the next window. I pulled up to the window and I asked them to read back the order. The sliders were NOT on there. Then I heard a person in the kitchen yell “WE DONT HAVE THOSE ANYMORE” very rude. So I just cancelled my order and drove off. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS KEY FOR GETTING BUSINESS. Very disappointed, will not be back."
"Mt orab location recently remodeled and added second drive through line. Seems to be back to normal operation. Service here slightly above average compared to other fast food in the village."
