"Update: feb 2 2024: so my nachos where smashed..and they forgot 3 items..you would think with all their bad reviews something would be done to change, but no..it remains the worst taco bell location on the plantet with the rudest teenagers in the universe. I haven't ordered from here since my last review..however my mom bought dinner for everyone tonight and well she didn't know. They didn't have the first four things I ordered, (no sign saying these items were out or not available) and the little girl at the window who has caught attitude in the past acted like I was wasting her time trying to find something on the menu they could actually serve. This location is ridiculous and the staff is rude. The food was thrown together. Just not a great location."

"We ordered 2x in 2 days and didn’t get what we asked for either time, we asked for 6 Bean Burritos add Beef and extra beef and got NO beef just extra bean and dried out. Then I cal them and of course they have it set to the fax machine. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this Taco Bell!!!"

"Worst experience ever! Atmosphere: Drive thru was closed. Inside ordering only and only thru a self-service kiosk (no customer service reps to take orders or ask questions). Service: 25+ minute wait. 8 people got their meals before I did. Management/owners check your cameras,this is no exaggeration. Employee admitted they made a mistake, and my order was overlooked. Food: Ingredients like lettuce and tomato's were missing from our food. Pinto beans and cheese were crumbled burnt up beans with a little bit of cheese covering them up. Attached is a picture of my chicken wrap...... enough said. Chicken Chalupa Supreme, how much chicken is supposed to be in one? Recommendation: Don't open if you can't get it at least half right."

"This is supposed to be a crunch-wrap supreme and the spicy potato soft taco.. look like we’re getting stingy on the serving portions and not including ingredients that are to come with the order. We will be calling corporate to report this and the location."
