Chipotle Mexican Grill

"Haven't been to a Chipotle in a long time. As far as restaurants go, this one is decent. The food was delicious and well cooked, and the service was okay. They could improve on the time to serve everyone; however, I imagine they get busy quite often. The atmosphere was okay, but it felt small. Dined in, so the tables were clean. Overall, it was a decent experience. I would recommend lunch or dinner there."

"I'd like to preface this by saying I worked at a Chipotle for 4 years. We took pride in our work, as a team. Batavias food prep is amateur. Their customer service is borderline insulting. Every. Single. Time. We've ever gone to the Batavia location they either don't have chips and guac, which they promise to credit us for, and we've never received, 5X over if not more. Or they forget to give us our drinks, once they even forget a protein on one of our bowls. Never received compensation for either. Since they've opened I've tried to give them the benefit of the doubt because they were a new store and opening around COVID times. But this is truly the last straw. And I say this acknowledging that it's rarely ever the employees fault in this sort of situation. It's managements. I'll be driving out of my way to order from Eastgate or Amelia from now on."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. Also customer service is non existent and doing an online order? Forget it. You better tip buy even if you do... they don't care. All we got was rice burritos. Never not ever again."

"I went to this location on Friday August 25,2023. It was shockingly dirty and disgusting. I had my grandkids with me and they were starving. We ordered food, they were out of more than half the ingredients. There were food left overs in between each holding location from the day. It was unkept and unbelievably disorganized. The staff didn’t seem to care about what I wanted. They were very disconnected with me or what I wanted. Every table was dirty with left overs from the previous customer, so we sat on the stools by the windows in the back. Ants were crawling on the table there, so we held our food off the table. I killed 3 ants during my stay. There were chips crushed on the floor from the entrance, around the tables, and everywhere in between. All drinks were empty except for the soda machine. I took some pictures but don’t see a place to post them here. (I see it now) This was not a busy time during the day, it was around 1:15 so there was no rush. I don’t usually complain but this was shocking and disgusting. I’ll never go back there! Trash can was overflowing also. Wow! My first and last experience here…."

"Let's start by saying I love Chipotle. I usually get 2 bowls per week. I was happy a new location was built closer to my home. Since this new Chipotle has been built the food has been nasty. Or we don't have it. Earlier this week they didn't have green peppers or onions. Ok ill deal without it. Today they had no steak. Real big bummer! Today the chips were hard and dripping with grease. It was like they just let them absorb grease. My bowl was dripping grease as well. The vegetables are diced or they are chunks. The cilantro is whole and not chopped up. Today's bowl went right into the trash. I am VERY upset that I spend alot to eat here for the quality to be below standards. I'm posting pics so you can see for yourself."
