"Pulled into the drive through and was informed they closed soon. Understandle but the line was about 3 cars long so i thought we'd be through quick and on the way. Then was left sitting there until we were informed that they were closed. Would have appreciated being told they just weren't accepting any further orders."

"It's just the new way of living life now I guess! Nobody wants to work and the one's who does work but complaining about this and that, there not motivated enough. The one who's working keeping their mouth shut is the ones getting blanks on All the time under paid but there there for a reason. Them are the workers you need to set aside take care of and the complaining one's fire. Don't be scared fire them. If they are to sorry to help there self and don't deserve the job and is just wasting both your time and your money take that time and that money with a towards the ones who work and don't complain and are there for a reason. Come on baby it's not that blanking hard. If we did that with every business in the USA I'll be my own life we all be better off in one to two years thing's will start to straighten out better. "It seems no matter what you sit in the drive through for waaayyy too long. The staff takes forever to get to the person at the menu and order speaker. They also do not greet you when you pull up. I often wait 3-5 minutes for someone to say anything. My experience at other McDonald's locations in their drive through, they usually greet you almost within seconds and say that someone will be right with you if they can't get your order right away. Maybe they need to add another person on the drive through headsets to just greet their customers. The food is always pretty good, fresh and hot. They often have no ice cream "problems with their ice cream machine". But there is another place to get ice cream within walking distance. Update** stopped by tonight to get a quick dinner. That didn't happen. We waited in drive through for a decent amount of time, then got to the window, I then waited at least 5 minutes before I was able to order, I placed the order, we got to the window and waited 5-8 minutes or so for our food, one of the meals was made incorrectly, so we waited for that to be fixed. Then, my crispy chicken sandwich was either not cooked all the way or was sitting too long. It was stringy and stretchey when I bit into it. I took it back in, waited 6 minutes for someone to greet me while employees walked around aimlessly and they didn't even apologize, just said I'd have to wait 8 minutes for a new one in a irritated tone. They're way under staffed or under motivated to be at work. One of the two. This location needs either better staff or more staff. This is insane. EVERY TIME WE COME HERE there is something wrong or we wait for a long time in the drive through. As I was waiting for my sandwich 2 customers came in from the drive through with problems with their orders. Seems to be a place not to go to if you can avoid it. They don't even have their lights on outside!"
