Wendy's

"Absolute the worst ran Wendy's in the area. Super slow, had to pull forward for a 6pc nugget and fry. That's a fast food staple. No other cars in the line, inside was empty at 12:42pm... Lunch rush."

"I will avoid this Wendy’s location from now on. I would order food here about once a week using the mobile app because I drive past this Wendy’s about 5 days a week around lunch time. There is a very rude older lady with long hair. I had the most unpleasant experience with her yesterday. She was obviously upset that I placed a mobile order and was talking about me with the drive thru window open, in front of my son. I really try to always be polite and friendly and I don’t understand what I did wrong to make her so upset with me. I have several reasons why I prefer to use the mobile app instead of ordering at the speaker. I received my food and told her to have a great day. I started crying as soon as I drove away because I was just shocked at her rudeness. I not order food at this Wendy’s again."

"I feel sorry for the young lady who was working by herself late at night. She did her best but the food was not very good everybody was so hungry though we ate everything after 12-hour road trip, this still hit the spot hopefully this location will stay open with the new construction"

"Where is management or the owner of this Wendy's location. The staff is not friendly except maybe the lead on the shift. This will be my last time visiting this location. Fries were cold, chicken sandwich did not include what indicated on menu hard and not fresh tasting. Will visit the Wendy's on Beechmont from now on...Not sure if they are the same owner, but this location is a little better."

"30 minutes sitting in the drive-thru. 20 minutes before my order was even taken (I was told they were in the middle of shift change. Seems like the manager needs to get a better handle on this), 10 minutes just to get the two drinks I ordered. Very sad experience. Poor service that is easily addressed and fixed."
