"Thanks for the food poisoning. Customer facing staff is great but doesn't make up for the poops."

"The food was fine, took a bit to come out. They brought out our eat in order in a bag not sure if they maybe just don't use trays anymore as I didn't see anyone else with one either. The only issue I had was the ketchup had a bad acrid taste. My daughter dipped her nugget and thought it had a weird taste. I tried the nugget without the ketchup and it was definitely the ketchup. I went and got some different packets but they also tasted bad. It's been over an hour and I still have a bad taste in my mouth. Not sure if it was expired or what was wrong with it. The packets did not have a date on them so I can't be sure."

"Service was fine. However they are having some sort of plumbing issue so the bathrooms are closed and the play place is closed and the only way we found out is the door was locked then another patron let us know the reason. I feel like a sign on the play area door and maybe one on the outside door would have prevented a lot of annoyed parents, kids, and people who need to use the bathroom."

"Food was great, fresh and hot. Service was awful, the guy at the counter was to busy playing a game on his phone. Another worker walked passed us and 3 other customers to the counter and started putting in their own order. Some of the other workers was to worried about who was going to a party later and not cleaning when they both had brooms in their hands. You all just don't care anymore."

"This place is 50/50 it depends on who is working at the time. I've waited 30 minutes for food before and other times I've been in and out. The food is usually fine besides being made very poorly. How hard is it to put the cheese in the middle of the patty rather then half on the paper. Overall good location."
