"Milford, our community, needs you all to pull it together or shut down so another, better restaurant can go in. For the love of God, train the staff in hopes things change and get FAR better or I'm serious...please move it along.. we need the space and your just taking up space. Go on now. "There were no other people in the store when the three of us arrived. We were greeted in a friendly manner and allowed to choose our seats. That was the last thing that went well. More customers started arriving, many with larger parties than ours When our food finally arrived, my order was wrong. When I got my correct order, it was cold. My mother's food did not taste good. By this time, we had waited so long, we didn't want to wait for someone to fix any of the problems. When our bill was brought to us, it was $75 and the waiter said he knew it was wrong and had asked for a correction. He never brought a corrected one. Finally, after all but one of the other parties that came in after us had left, we went to the cashier and asked her to fix the bill so we could leave. Apparently it was not an easy fix. We were there for a minimum of 1.5 hours total. When I told my son where we had gone, he told me that if we had asked he would have advised us to never go to that restaurant. Believe me, we never will again."
"We hadn't been to IHOP for a while but wanted to try it again. The service is typical of most restaurants. It just depends on your server. We have had good to excellent service the times we have been. The food has been great! The Milford location hasn't been busy at all."
"Don't bother dining in at this place. Their policy is door dash customers are more important and higher priority than regular dine-in customers. You will sit there waiting to be seated in an empty restaurant for an hour or more while they just make food for Door Dash orders. The management of this place has to be some of the most ignorant incompetent people around to implement this policy."
"The place was very quiet and had 2 other people there to eat. Place was dirty, trash all over the floor. Service was awful, the girl who was taking our order was distracted by someone in the kitchen and never wrote down our order. After about 35 minutes the food came out wrong and very cold. The girl never came back to check on us. When we was able to say anything, all we was told is the dishwasher was the only one that would try and cook. Will never go back."
