"Order taker was polite but it took forever to get a burger and fries when I was the only one in the drive thru line. On top of that, the fries were old. The last few times no matter what time I’ve been to this location the fries are always old and stale."

"Would be nice to experience a staff that cared about the job they are doing. Yes, it’s cold out. But from not being told the total at the Window before being asked to hand over my bank card to not getting our sauces to the drinks being flat. The girl at the window opened it long enough to get my card, return it and hand my poorly prepared food is less than desirable. Won’t be going to this location anymore."

"Received salad at drive thru. Lots much smaller than approx. 1 yr ago, while cost is significantly higher. Exitwd drive thru to park. Greens in salad were soft and brown. Retilurned to drive thru Asked for refund because this is the 3rd time my order was stale or spoiled. Was told they can't refund. Makes sense that, for health reasons, they can't resell. Asked for manager. Crew member ay window said he was the senior person there. Explained history at location and thst once I got sick. FINALLY he said they could replace the meal. Two different crew members came to window. Both much more pleasant. Still, it was a small expensive salad. Many other fast food would have comped additional items."

"Food is way over priced. Over $12.00 for a chicken wrap, baked potato and medium drink. $2.39 for a Medium Diet Coke that when I finally was able to park to eat tasted like it was out of syrup and was mostly carbonated water. Why don't they check periodically if the syrup needs replaced? No butter for my baked potato. No salt and pepper either. This place used to be pretty good. Has went down hill."

"Closed at 9:48pm on 3/28 however, their hours were stated to be open until 11 pm. Today (3/29) their hours are updated to be open until 10 pm, however, they were not open this late yesterday, there was not a car in their parking lot even at 9:48 4/19/23 My order was given to me incorrectly with regular nuggets instead of spicy. They also have time the burger pictured below with two long back hairs in it."
