"I placed an order through door dash and the sandwich had metal in it. I called the store and they did nothing not even offer a refund. This is very unsanitary unsafe and a health hazard. Very un happy customer....."

"Ordered a double decker on wheat. It came out on white, when I told the waitress she told me that "she didn't make the sandwiches and that the cook said it was wheat bread..." I said "looks like white to me but, its already made so... I'll eat it" once the cook realized that it was actually on white and not wheat, he offered to remake. The cook was sincere in his offer & apologetic. The waitress acted like she had zero responsibility in the accuracy of the order prior to bringing it to the table....then didn't check on us until she brought the check. I have been a server before and knew it was my responsibility to check the order....any ways, it's a small thing but, when a customer tells you something isn't right... You should listen and not cop an attitude."

"Came through today got a moldy bun, I went inside and the guy told me it's ghost pepper lol, only the cheese has that. Anyway I returned my food, no refund they just took it. I personally Will never eat at this location ever and it was my first time at this location.and honestly now I'm skyline fan. I personally feel robbed of $17.88"

"I order from the drive thru about once a week. The portion size is perfect. ( Always Plenty of cheese /the important part!) - The food is great and the staff are friendly."
