Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

"We go to Red Robin a few times a year. Their burgers are absolutely delicious! Appetizers are great too! Every server we have has a great attitude and they stay on top of the wants and needs of their customers. If I had a restaurant closer to my house I would go more often. I highly recommend Red Robin!"

"We love red robin. My son asked to eat here for his birthday. It was Saturday and they were packed which is totally expected. The one star off is because they were understaffed and our waiter wasn't able to be attentive as he could have been with more help. We ran out of drinks and never got a refill. However he did get us drinks to go. Also we were seated at a high top in the bar area to the left of the entrance and we were freezing from the doors opening and closing around the corner. That being said he was incredibly friendly and there were no issues with the meal. Next time I will probably not eat out on the weekends and insist on being seated farther away from the doors."

"Tried to go there today for lunch. Its during the week so a work lunch and I had to get back to work. Walked in and was seated very quickly. But after that all I saw was 5 or 6 servers standing in the area in front of the food pick up laughing and having a good time. It was 12:15 and there were a couple of other tables seated not over 3 or 4. After 10 minutes of no one coming over during lunch when you have to get back to work I ended up walking out and getting fast food. I hear companies saying come back and spend you money. Come out to restaurants and spend you money and tip 20% to your server. It would have been nice if one of the servers stepped away from the socializing and took our order.. Oh well not trying spending my time and money in this place again."

"This location was rather busy. We had a 50 minute wait, but it was a Saturday evening. Our server was super friendly and very informative but wasn't too prompt with drink refills. The food was great. I had the Avo-Cobb-O salad and absolutely loved it. The portion was large and there were plenty of the ingredients to mix throughout the salad. My husband ordered the Pretzel bacon beer-cheese burger. He is picky about his burgers but said this one was good, with the exception of the beer cheese.. He didn't care for that on the burger. The onion rings are always a must order when you visit a Red Robin location."
