"We got to the restaurant, got received by the host... We were with a toddler and I had to look around for a high chair because it was more important for the host to go back and chitchat with his coworkers. We left the table and they didn't even notice. Never coming back."

"Excellent for at least a decade…. We’ve stopped at this location when we’ve traveled through Cincinnati. At least four times over the past 10 years. Excellent every time! Also, for those who prefer a light option for the Italian dressing, they have it, just ask."

"We each got soup, salad, and breadsticks and shared a side of Alfredo sauce. We expected to pay a bit extra for the sauce but were a little surprised to see that it was nearly $5 when it was just enough to cover the bottom of the bowl. Didn't complain though... still tasted good with the breadsticks. The food was good overall. I got the minestrone soup which I really enjoyed. It wasn't too acidic like tomato-based soups sometimes are. We did not get refills on any of our food so we asked if we could get a to-go box for the rest of our salad. The waiter brought us the box but came off as quite passive-aggressive when he returned. This was especially noticeable because he acted much friendlier throughout the meal up until we asked. If we had gotten any refills on our food, we would not have asked for a to-go box because we know that's frowned upon, but the way we saw it, we were only taking home the serving we had already paid for. I have been asking other people if what we did was wrong, but everyone so far seems to agree that if you didn't get refills on the food, it would be no different than taking home leftovers on a normal meal (i.e., not endless) or even getting the SSB in a carryout order. I would have much preferred if the waiter told us if there was an issue with taking the leftovers, rather than displaying a negative attitude. If it hadn't been for those last moments, I think we would have been left with a much better impression. I do not plan to return to this location."

"We’ve dined in here a few times and gotten good service / enjoyed the experience. Tonight we decided to go carry out, on unboxing our food we got a quarter salad of rotting wilted brown lettuce and a 16 dollar fettuccine Alfredo entree portion that looks sad and doesn’t have enough noodles to cover the tines of the fork they give. I’ve had microwave dinners look more appetizing than this. Avoid for carry out."

"When you think about a huge portion of food in addition to a refillable salad/ soup, Olive Garden is your first choice. The dinner was enjoyable in spite, I felt the dish was over heated but still it was tasty. The servant was attentive, polite and was having high hospitality standards."
