"Staff did not inform us that an item was as no longer on the menu when we ordered it and instead rang us up for a completely different item, then when I politely asked when the item got removed as it was something I am used to getting when I come to Taco Bell she simply ignored my question, so I repeated it a tad louder and was once again ignored. Very poor customer service but then again this location could use another staff change."

"Employees are very friendly and food was hot and delicious. But my question is when did the chili cheese burritoes become the size of your palm or do they now have a junior burritto"

"I went last night around 10:35. The employee told me they were out of beans, and conveniently every item I asked for after that. The way she was responding gave me the sense that she just didn’t want to make it but maybe they were indeed out of 6 different ingredients. I left either way."

"Told me they didn't have my order but still charged my card for the mobile order I placed (after I left) by saying they completed my order, while i was there it said order ready (on my phone) for pickup but they said they don't have my order. No one will answer the phone I've called over and over. So much hassle to get my money back. Always an issue at this location or always missing something."

"The employees and likely manager on duty are incompetent and I didn’t even need to be present to find this out. I ordered a delivery, my receipt was placed on the wrong bag, honest mistake. I asked for a redelivery and my second order was purposely made wrong in an effort to be petty. The employees do not deserve their jobs and this restaurant does not deserve your money. I have extremely low expectations and standards for fast food and somehow this crew was able to disappoint someone who literally had zero expectations of them."
