If they don’t have those items this conglomerate essentially steals your money. Store won’t refund, app won’t reply. Company is a bunch of thieves. Also, manager Hailey is a liar."
"My boyfriend and I had placed a doordash order for pick up and when we arrived we were told they were out of beef and baja blast(majority of our meal was comprised of beef and we both got a baja blast). "This morning I came at 8:17am to pick up breakfast for a birthday. Multiple employees inside ignored the drive through. Keep in mind they open at 7. Finally drove to the window and the employee informs me they’re not open even though they start at 7. We’ll take orders when we’re ready was her response. Absolutely garbage response and management should be embarrassed. There were multiple cars pulling up and then leaving because the workers couldn’t be bothered to do what they’re getting paid to do."
