"The food is good when they get it right which seems to be about 50/50. We eat here pretty often more out of convenience than enjoyment at this point. Service is always hit or miss. This evening i say at the speaker in the drive thru for 7 or 8 min waiting for someone to take my order. I even watched two other cats drive off from the other lane because no one would assist them. I even called out to see if anyone was there to no avail. I went inside and stood for another 5 minutes waiting for someone to come to the counter. Several employees walked by without even acknowledging i was there. If you're looking for 'fast' food, go literally anywhere but here."
"Took over 1 hour to get a 12 piece chicken only (but they only gave me 11 pieces). Waited 10 minutes to be able to order food and was told they were out of Cole slaw. Decided to do chicken only. Waited 20 more minutes to get to the first window. Paid and was motioned by cashier to go to the next window without her giving me my large Coke. Waited 15 minutes and was told to move to the parking lot. She gave me my Coke at this time. Waited and waited and finally went inside and they told me they only had spicy chicken now. Waited for regular chicken then they only gave me 11 pieces. Terrible terrible terrible customer service. A definitive pass for me in the future on this location."
"I love Popeyes food! Usually spot on wherever we get it from! Today I pulled into the empty drive thru and was greeted by the most unfriendly, bored, put-off voice I've ever heard in my life. I almost felt bad, I felt like I had interrupted her cell phone scolling time.. but me being me, I was very polite and courteous while I ordered. I'm not asking for anything, just wanted to share my experience today......"
"Lunch special chicken plus one side was delicious 11am to 2pm. Tried Strawberry biscuits as an extra and it's not as good as the regular biscuit with grape or strawberry jelly, not worth the price."
"Great restaurant, great team, food was delicious and tasty. Even when the missed to add the dessert in my food bag. I returned to collect it and generously they gave me 2 instead of 1 Thanks for having me!"
