"Staff was too busy chit chatting with each other to greet me for a couple minutes, and the drink I got had a super odd flavor. Probably best to go to another McDonald's nearby or just another chain."

"The worst McDonald's anywhere. Ordered a medium caramel frap paid for it $4.44 got to the window to pick it up, and this boy hands me a shake with some whip cream and this tiny little ribbon of Carmel on top and I said where's the car wash? I know she's gonna want more than that. And he said that's all it comes with. And if you want more, it's extra so I said fine. I'll pay for extra which was 75 cents. And it comes back with another thin little ribbon of caramel. Are you kidding me? And then when he refunded my money, he tried to keep change. He owed me 444 I got 440 worst McDonald's ever. They should tear the place down and just do away with it. They can't keep people the people they gotta rude disrespectful. And what's really sad is it was like the first McDonald's in the area. Besides the one on Dixie highway and it is the worst 1 in the area now. Don't go to Winston a Avenue McDonald's. They treat you like c***The food is never right. It's cold. It's wrong, it's disgusting."

"Very slow service most times and they have messed up my order a few times. One time I waited 30 minutes and then they got my order wrong. They seem to have switched staff and it has been better."

"I know delivery is a convenience and I always just let it go when they forget a fry or one of the burgers. I usually order an extra or 2 with the knowledge I'm never getting my full order delivered but when I order a $90 order and receive a small coke and 10 nuggets? Ridiculous. Then you call and the people working are the worst, they don't have any idea. Well did you make the order or not? Jesus! And don't get me started on doordash. Do they fix the problem? NEVER! They just issue a refund. That doesn't stop the kids from crying because they wanted their stupid happy meal. Never ever will I spend a dime through McDonald's or doordash again."

"Half of the time they mess your order up or completely omit items. There are only 2 pleasant workers there. Both older women. When you try to get a replacement item they don't give it to you. Like I'm really trying to steal a 6 piece nugget? The bacon is atrocious....not a good McDonald's imo."
