"If I could give zero stars I would. I get that it is fast food so my expectations should be low to start with. My experience was awful. I ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches and cajun fries. All of the food tasted old and was very cold. I do not believe this location has a clue about time and temperature standards or cleanliness standards. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. Go to Woodlawn they are the best"

"Tried to call because they forgot something of mine I paid for, seems they turned the phone ringer off. Tried corporate number which hangs up on you and sends you online to further no avail.. Went online and cant reach a live person or feedback. Too many black run restaurants in this city the corporates overlooks. They've needed a new parking lot paved for some time, and that's not the workers fault. Seems the area is sprucing up some around it, this needs the same attention. Seems theres lack of support from corporate. We see this far too often. But they'll press about shoes and visors not the bigger picture ever."

"They're constantly out of multiple things like chicken breasts or sometimes wings or sometimes shrimp and they always wait until after you've sat in line to tell you. On the odd chance that you get food it's pretty much but because they can't even make substitutions on anything the odds of that are pretty slim so I'd advise avoiding at all costs unless you have a lot of time to waste"

"Food - ordered two lunches around 1p on weekday. Both were missing the cajun fries! Cole slaw was old and had shrank in the containers. Mine was two piece and wing was basically coated bones. Service - had to repeat the order in the drive thru a couple times. Three people working inside and only one customer inside! Atmosphere - couple sizeable potholes at the drive thru window so beware if you have low profile tires. Complained to corporate about the food and they told me to address with the franchise! I escalated it and they offered rewards points.....No fix the current problem! Escalated again and 'as a goodwill gesture' they would give me a credit on a future purchse....again, fix the current problem. Ended up disputing the charge on my credit card to get a refund. DO NOT EAT HERE! McD's is across the street"

"Do not eat here!!! I got served an intentionally batter dipped earthworm. The mashed potatoes had a marking under the container with sharpie. I watched the girl personally selecting each piece. 3 pieces were dark brown and paper thin with discoloration. There was one normal looking chicken strip. Then there was an earth worm which was 5" long and string thin and slimy. Thankfully I pulled it apart before attempting to eat. I took it back and had the manager pull the breading off and got handed $10.00 which wasn't even a full refund. She seemed sincerely mad and surprised and may have been too upset to think to give me a full refund. I watched the workers who knowingly did this go from holding back smirks to looking caught. Regardless the entire deep fryer is contaminated. Good luck in your pathetic futures and I hope the managers and owner have enough decency to terminate the whole staff. 0/5 would not recommend. And given the years of poor reviews here on Google I hope this franchise is dismantled and turned into a new business that can't mess with people's food!"
