Papa Johns Pizza

"Our delivery driver knocked on the door despite specifically leaving a note in our order to leave on the table. She forgot to deliver the drink. I specifically asked her to not ring the doorbell in the future to which she snapped back at me "that wasn't on the order" and arguing back to me running her mouth as she walked back to the vehicle. When she brought back the drink missing from the original delivery, she banged on the door. So unbelievably rude."

"This time around they actually got everything right. I asked for light toppings and got light toppings! The edges of the pizza crust was perfect and not covered in cheese. Whoever was tending the over was watching for bubbles. And the employee working the Till seemed happy to be there for once."

"This location almost never disappoints. I've had some disappointing things happen in the past but they were quick to take care of it. If you want good pizza fast this is your location! Papa tracker always says 20ish minutes until it's done, and I'm not sure I've ever waited more than 10 to 15 and I almost always have a larger order. Food is always fresh and delicious."

"Unfortunately, the pizza was very dry. The pepperoni was extremely dry crispy curled up and the pizza was cold. I was to have an extra large pepperoni pizza, extra cheese, extra pepperoni that didn’t happen. The crust was very thin, flimsy hardly no sauce on it and it wasn’t worth the money, I tipped the delivery man was very nice and honestly they were very nice people that took the order but the food was awful really bad. This was the Noorwood location in Cincinnati Ohio."
